People make time for things that they care about that is a simple fact that won’t ever change. If you want something bad enough you will make time for it, you will schedule your day around it and you will prioritize that thing over all others. So, when someone says that they don’t have time to Meal Prep for their fitness goals I see that as them saying ” I don’t want to do the thing necessary to make my goal happen.” I am not going to get a high horse and say that I always get my meal prep done when I should. Mid-week meal prep is the worse because my family and myself are in the thick of the week trying to make it to the weekend. So, I do my best to make it easy on us by choosing some meals that are simple and easy to make in an hour. This way we can still have good meals for Wednesday night and Thursday /Friday lunch and dinner. Bottom-line is ensure that your intake is just as important if not more important than the days you train in the gym. To show has simple it is to make meals for yourself I did I quick time-lapse of me cooking. Tonight, I made Keto Jambalaya and a chicken, rice and broccoli dish. From I my cooking myself and the misses are good on lunch and dinner until Wednesday night. Also, all recipes are compliments of FitMenCook.com so check him out.
